We had a wonderful stay at Heidi's apartment. Augsburg is a beautiful city, and we're already looking forward to our next visit and would love to stay in this apartment again. The Wertach River, which flows right in front of the building, is perfect for a pleasant stroll or a trip to the playground, just three minutes away. The excellent tram connection to the city center is ideal. The parking space in the underground garage and the easy access to the apartment, even for late arrivals, were very convenient. Heidi was very accommodating and gave us lots of tips for things to do in this lovely city with young children. We felt right at home and would love to stay at Heidi's apartment again. :)

  • How far are the accommodations from Augsburg city center?

    Augsburg city centre is only a 15-minute drive or a 30-minute walk away.

  • Are parking spaces available at the accommodations?

    Parking is available at the Jungle Love, Wertach Love, and Welser Chalet apartments on Schöpplerstraße. Unfortunately, parking is not available at the Lions Love and Violet apartments on Eichlerstraße. However, you can park for free on Eichlerstraße or Flurstraße. Please park on Flurstraße only in the parking spaces marked with small stones, as you may receive a fine otherwise. Please also note that there is a low-emission zone on Eichlerstraße and throughout the city of Augsburg. Who is allowed to enter the low-emission zone? Only motor vehicles (cars and trucks) that meet certain emission standards and can prove this with a green sticker in accordance with the labeling regulations (35th Federal Emission Control Ordinance) are permitted to enter the low-emission zone.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you require more flexible times, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

  • Are the accommodations family-friendly?

    Yes, all our apartments are family-friendly. High chairs and cots are available upon request. Please note that Apartment Violet on Eichlerstrasse has a very steep staircase leading from the kitchen area to the master bedroom.
