Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee and subject to availability.

Guests who stay past the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning services may be held liable for any resulting costs and expenses.

Guests may not book a nice2be apartment within their own city of residence. Please contact us if you wish to make a booking in your hometown.

Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited — including on balconies and in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the non-smoking policy will result in a €250 fine plus the cost of special cleaning and any damage repairs.

Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as any illegal activities, are strictly forbidden.

Only the number of guests stated in the reservation is allowed. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may incur an additional cleaning fee.  Guests traveling with service animals are kindly asked to contact us in advance.

Guests are responsible and liable for the replacement costs of lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking passes.

Noise monitoring devices may be installed in the apartments to detect excessive volume levels.

Public areas may be under video surveillance.

Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises or facilities. All damages must be reported to our customer service team.
