The street in front of the house is a play street, so parking is only allowed in the designated spaces marked with small stones. The property is located within Augsburg’s low-emission zone, so your vehicle must be authorized to enter this area.

The apartment features a lovely rooftop terrace – perfect for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. Please note that, due to its top-floor location, it can get warm in the summer months. There is currently no air conditioning.
