We had a lovely stay at Heidi's apartment. The city of Augsburg is beautiful, and we look forward to returning and staying in this apartment if possible. The Wertach River, which runs in front of the house, is perfect for a lovely stroll or a trip to the playground, which is just three minutes away. The proximity to the city center via tram is ideal. Having a parking space in a closed garage and easy access to the apartment, even if you arrive late, was very convenient. Heidi was very accommodating and gave us lots of tips for activities in this beautiful city with small children. We felt right at home and would love to come back to Heidi's apartment. :)

  • What amenities are included at nice2be apartments?

    All properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi,  kitchens with modern appliances, free nespresso cafe and tea. 

  • How far are the properties from downtown Augsburg

    It just a 15-minute drive by car or train or a 30 -minute walk to downtown Augsburg. 

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    At the aparmtents jungle love, wertach love and welser chalet at Schöpplerstr. there is a parking availabe. 


    At the aparmtnet lions love and violet at Eicherlstr. unfortunately not. But you can park free at the Eichlerstr. or at the Flurstr. Please watch out to park only on the with little stones markted spaces at Flurstr. otherwise you may get a traffic ticket. 


    Please be also aware the Eichlerstr. and the city of Augsburg there is an enviromental zone. Who is allowed to enter the environmental zone?

    Only motor vehicles (cars and trucks) that meet certain emissions standards and can demonstrate this with a green sticker in accordance with the Labeling Ordinance (35th Federal Immission Control Ordinance) are allowed to enter the environmental zone.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    Yes, all our aparmtents are are family-friendly.  High chairs and cribs are available upon request. Please be aware the the apartment violet in the Eichlerstr. has a very steep stair to master from the kitchen to the bedrooms.
